Red White And Stripes

Red Tube Midi Skirt White Rowme Top and Stripes Clutch

No, I've not been abducted by aliens! An overly scheduled calendar this month brimming with commitments like, the duty of being a bridesmaid, traveling and preparing for major changes coming down the pike very soon have me going all day and leaves coming home deliriously tired - sending me crashing right into bed. We shot this outfit several weekends ago on one of those hot humid days, making this flowy fabric round neck top with its crepe textured design and crochet insert detail, a well-chosen piece that allowed air to flow through keeping me feeling comfortably cool. To bring life to the ensemble, I paired it with one of my favorite go-to red skirts for summer (styled here and here) and finished the look with gold open-toe heels, a striped clutch, a pair of vintage sunglasses and a multi-layered necklace. I'm also thinking of pairing this same top with skinny denim with either nude or leopard print pumps, a light camel handbag and statement accessories.
